Republish Density when we publish Buoyancy #190

This was asked today during PhET-iO meeting. Especially with the addition of alt input + ui sound, it may be worth republishing this. Let's talk about it!

Today the dev team discussed this and feel like we should definitely publish this sim as part of Buoyancy. If there isn't time, then we can cut that corner, but many changes have gone into this code base, and it would be best to have all three sims in the suite be on the same shas.

Over in https://github.com/phetsims/density/issues/194#issuecomment-2142610091 we fixed a user-reported bug that should be republished.
