User request: remote "Forms"

I’m a supporter of secondary (11- 19) teachers in the UK. Our 11 – 16 curriculum teaches that energy doesn’t have different forms – energy is energy, so we have kinetic, gravitational, thermal, chemical … as energy stores, with light (and other E-M radiation) and electricity as ‘energy pathways’.

In the current situation we are recommending suitable materials for use by students at home, and your animation fits the bill very nicely in a topic where there isn’t much available, but we daren’t send it out if it has ‘forms’. I appreciate that you won’t want to change the title, but would it be possible to just have ‘Energy’ rather than ‘Forms of Energy’ in the key for the ‘Systems’ animation, which would probably be OK for US and anywhere else that uses it. Teachers here can then just send out the html link to their students, and what’s on their screen would be in line with what they need to be taught.

@oliver-phet this is similar to other feedback we've gotten from users in the UK, and we have made changes in #311 that are still in the pipeline to be published.

The translation utility supports en_GB, and @ariel-phet said:

We would set Helen up as a translator for the "GB" locale I believe (I have already verified that this is possible). She would tweak the name of the sim to "Energy Stores and Transfers" for that locale, and change "Forms of Energy" to "Stores and Transfers"

However, it doesn't appear that the sim has been translated yet. @ariel-phet I'd be happy update submit an en_GB translation with the changes described above. Let me know how you'd like to proceed.
