Update Screenshots #396

In #311 we made several visual changes to the sim. We should have updated the screenshots before the 1.4.0 release, but it slipped my mind. Self-assigning to take new screenshots.

@ariel-phet do you think it's worth a maintenance release?

@arouinfar no definitely not worth a maintenance release -- the current main screenshot is definitely close enough
