User request: start sim with bar chart enabled #481

I would like to start my students' work with the Energy Skate Park Basics simulation with the bar chart enabled. Is there a way I set that up in the URL, or would that require recoding the sim?

I've already replied to the user, but wanted to record this in the ESP:B repo for future consideration in a query parameter.
