Update screenshots for 1.2 release #348

The current screenshots all feature skaters, so they should be updated before publication. This issue does not block dev testing, but should be completed before we go to RC.

Questions

Should we feature one of the African sets in the screenshots?
Do we have any long-term plans to create infrastructure to localize the screenshots we serve on the website?

Screenshots have been updated in the above commit. I replicated the previous screenshots and featured skaters 1, 2, 3, and the dog from the USA set. I did not include any of the other regions in the screenshots.

I confirmed with @kathy-phet that there are no current plans to localize screenshots, and we can revisit if/when there is a need.

I just realized I forgot to use screens when taking the screen-specific screenshots. Need to retake those, reopening.
