create a dev version where expressions are same width in different view modes #10

@kathy-phet has requested a version where the expressions don't collapse/expand when switching back and forth between variable and coin view modes.

I've added the code to do this, and added a query parameter called adjustExpressionWidth that is false by default.

This is done, and the version apparently worked well for the intended purpose, closing.
