Steps to Reproduce:
-Open sim
-Select the Flow scene
-Drag the left most and right most bottom handles down to enlarge the pipes
-Drag the left most and right most top handles up to enlarge the pipes
-Grab the middle handle for the most right portion of the pipe, and translate it up
-Drag the right most bottom handle up to shrink the pipe
