It is possible to bring the right most segment of the pipe above the ground. Is this desired?

Steps to Reproduce: -Open sim -Select the Flow scene -Drag the left most and right most bottom handles down to enlarge the pipes -Drag the left most and right most top handles up to enlarge the pipes -Grab the middle handle for the most right portion of the pipe, and translate it up -Drag the right most bottom handle up to shrink the pipe fpf1

In @samreid's opinion this is not an issue, assigning to @ariel-phet to verify

We will keep this open and review in design meeting when we take over the sim. Does not need to be addressed by Actualconcepts
