setting 'Fluid Density' to value for 'water' #63

The 'Fluid Density' slider has a tick mark labeled 'water'. Is it important to be able to set the slider to the value for this tick mark? If so, a 'snap to tick' feature might improve usability.

Assigning to @samreid to evaluate, since this is a design issue.

Perhaps @notsiddhartha could work on this as part of a new job after "flow" is done.

We are implementing this in the flow sim, needs to be ported to watertower later.

The implementation looks reasonable, assigned to @ariel-phet to review the user interface design for snapping. Please test on at least one mouse environment and one touch environment. Anything else we should do for this?
