qa-notes.md #166

While writing the standard model.md and implementation-notes.md descriptions for this sim, it occurred to me that it might be useful to have something similar for the QA team --- sort of a "QA Book" that is specific to the sim. The developer could start by putting useful information in this file, and the QA team could add to it.

So in https://github.com/phetsims/qa/issues/701#issue-982184477, I said:

Special instructions

  • Each tester should read qa-notes.md before testing this sim. That document contains notes that may be useful to the PhET QA team when testing this simulation. It's something new that I'm trying with this sim - let me know whether it's helpful!

@KatieWoe please let me know whether qa-notes.md was helpful. And feel free to add to it.

@KatieWoe note that I've added a link to the A11y design doc in qa-notes.md.

This was helpful in the dev.47 dev-lite testing. Particularly for the sim specific parameters

Thanks @KatieWoe. I'll probably create qa-notes.md for my sims going forward. It's easier for me too, rather than having to put this info into each GitHub testing issue.
