Misspelled name in credits #210

Also, I just noticed Wieman is misspelled, so we should fix that too.

That apparently came over from the Java version. From credits.txt in the Java version:

phet-credits lead-design=Sam McKagan software-development=Chris Malley design-team=Wendy Adams, Mike Dubson, Kathy Perkins, Carl Weiman interviews=Sam McKagan, Danielle Harlow

Fixed in master and 1.0. This will be deployed in a MR.
