Alterative screenshots are not shown on the PhET website.

Fourier 1.0.0 was published yesterday. It's been > 24 hours, and the alternative screenshots are still not showing up on the PhET website at https://phet.colorado.edu/en/simulations/fourier-making-waves.

The screenshots issue isn’t specific to Fourier. Several sims are missing alt screenshots, such as Natural Selection, Collision Lab, and Ratio and Proportion.

... but I haven't found a general issue tracking this, or who is working on it. I'll start by assigning to @mattpen.

@pixelzoom - This is a duplicate of phetsims/website#1235. I confirmed that the script actually did fix the problem on the backend, and it is not showing up (yet) in the front end due to server-side caching.
