• [ ] Generate API file with grunt generate-phet-io-api
• [ ] Add "compareDesignedAPIChanges": true to package.json
• [ ] Add phetioDesigned: true to Sim options in fourier-making-waves-main.ts
• [ ] Add fourier-making-waves to perennial/data/phet-io-api-stable by running grunt generate-data
• [ ] Remove fourier-making-waves from perennial/data/phet-io-state-unsupported
