@amanda-phet can you create a design doc for fractions intro? For the moment I think it can be pretty bare bones with a note that the Java sim in essence is the design spec. However it would be good to have you review the and make sure we have noted the relevant standards. We will also need a place to put meeting notes (we will probably need one or two meetings) as well a place for interview notes and such.
