Third hint in Ineractive Description seems untimely and perhaps too explicit. #273

Somewhat related to #251 as the strings are reviewed for PhET-iO.

I can get see this hint in the State Descriptions to continue rubbing before I actually do any productive rubbing. This make same feel uneasy for the non-visual experience. The hint was added as part of the Voicing design - not Interactive Description.

For Interactive Description, two hints worked fine for learners:

I question the need for a third hint, especially one that is so explicit:

I do recognize the benefit of the third hint for some situations, but perhaps a hint to just rub would work for both Voicing and Interactive Description? So, if the books are touching and there are still atoms that can brake away, we could provide something specific about the interaction, but not specific about the result? Something like either of these hints:

I feel this leaves the learner to put together that friction occurs when they rub.

Assigning to @Matthew-Moore240 and @arouinfar for their thoughts. If you agree, please assign to @zepumph for implementation.

I am okay with just going back to a two-hint system. If the third hint doesn't seem to be useful I am totally okay with just letting the original hints do the work and see how that shakes out.

Ok, I suggest we replace hint 3:

With a less explicit version:

Discussed with @terracoda, we like Grab Chemistry book to rub fast or slow.
