Update 1.6 dependencies.json after cherry-picking #340

Instead of updating dependencies.json after every cherry-pick (building the sim~15 times), I am going to update at the end to save time. This issue is to make sure I don't forget.

Everything has been cherry-picked, ready to do this.

Done in https://github.com/phetsims/friction/commit/11e2ec4924f8b4986fac1de29d10dc3cf465a6ff. The changes match the repos that needed patches. Closing, and ready to build next RC.
