Create sim primer #260

@arouinfar can you please report the status of this issue? Does anything need to be done for the upcoming publication?

This issue has no effect on the upcoming publication. We don't currently have anyone working on video production, so this is very much a back-burnered issue for me.

Sim primers are not currently a priority, unassigning myself.
