Should reading highlights appear different on iPad? #297

Test device iPad air 2

Operating System 14.7.1

Browser safari

Problem description https://github.com/phetsims/qa/issues/702

When Voicing is enabled on the iPad, the Reading Highlights do not have the black outline around them. There is only the yellow highlight fill (on a pale yellow background). This is different than on the MacBook, where Reading Highlights have both the black outline and yellow fill as they are being read. I noticed that this occurred in the published John Travoltage as well. I wasn't sure if this was intentional or if we missed it in the past.

Visuals This is what a reading highlight looks like on my MacBook:

And this is what happens on the iPad: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1zpxWVoy4iZ7DumkAZyXJXpnWkPVj9uFb/view?usp=sharing

Actually--Using the Mac,I can see that if I move focus off of a reading highlight, the black outline goes away. Closing this issue.
