Mouse input - often voicing incorrect last value on release #327

With the Voicing feature, the sim does not always update to the correct distance and force information at the last stop (1.7 kilometers). It often voices the information for 1.8 kilometers.

I am not sure how pervasive the problem is, but I repeatedly got 1.8 km info when I released at 1.7 km. Screenshot 2024-03-27 at 13 38 10

Using mouse input FF 124.0 on MacOS 14.1.2 Works fine with keyboard.

Not sure when this issue was introduced. I haven't noticed it before.

This behavior was seen in the published version. I have not checked main.
