When this sim was designed, it included a "Micro" screen that showed how individual photons can interact with individual molecules. It is essentially a variation of the Molecules and Light sim. At the time of this writing, this screen has been deferred, so I'm creating this issue to track that decision and use as the GitHub issues for some TODOs in the current code.
