Consolidate and disambiguate constants #340

When the code for Molecules and Light was consolidated with that of Greenhouse Effect in https://github.com/phetsims/greenhouse-effect/issues/19, some constants with the same names were not consolidated. This should be done when we start working on the "Micro" screen.
