Cloud checkbox does not reset with reset all #344

Test device Samsung Operating System Win 11 Browser Chrome Problem description For https://github.com/phetsims/qa/issues/970. This does not occur in the published version of the sim. If you uncheck the cloud checkbox on the first or second screens then hit reset all, the checkbox remains unchecked.
