Should equilibriumXProperty be a Property? #59

While working on PhET-iO instrumentation, I have yet to see equilibriumXProperty change. So I suspect that it should be a constant, not a Property.

Each spring has its own equilibriumXProperty, and it does change for springs in series. What is displayed is the equilibriumXProperty for the equivalent spring, which does not change. So in the general Spring model, it needs to be a Property.
