delete Reentrant screen

The Reentrant screen was created to help understand the relationships between reentrant Properties in this sim. Enable it using the ?reentrant query parameter. See https://github.com/phetsims/phet-io/issues/1349#issuecomment-418473376.

I'd like to delete this screen when it is no longer needed.

Review https://github.com/phetsims/phet-io/issues/1349#issuecomment-422221687, to see if (a) anything therein should be incorporated into this sim, and (b) ultimately delete the Reentrant screen.

I've reviewed phetsims/phet-io#1349, and don't see anything that I want to incorporate into Hooke's Law.

The Reentrant screen has been deleted from master. It continues to live in branch "data-flow".
