From 1/14/21 meeting and the PhET Project Overview:

PhET-iO instrumentation needs to be brought up to current standards.
Ideally @kathy-phet would like this work to be done in 2021.

There are currently no milestones for QA and publishing.

69 (PhET-iO redesign) is the primary related issue.

Implementation is now up to current standards, see https://github.com/phetsims/hookes-law/issues/69#issuecomment-764836105. Next up is to review the design, so assigning to @arouinfar and @kathy-phet.

I changed the title of this issue because a PhET-iO version of this sim has never been published, and the version that's currently published is 1.0.

1.1 will be a PhET brand release, see https://github.com/phetsims/hookes-law/issues/91. So changing the title of this issue to indicate 1.2.
