I think this is just a difference between the original quantitative-based interactive description design and the purely Qualitative Voicing design.
As a side note, we do plan on re-visiting the Interactive Description Design for John Travoltage, see #378 Unfortunately, we were not able to do that for this first Voicing release.
We will be considering this for future releases.

When using VO, once 100 electrons are on the body, there is no indication that it is the maximum amount or that John is fully charged.
