Foot scratch sound may appear when sim is launched #457

For https://github.com/phetsims/phet-io/issues/1626. Seen on Win 11 Firefox. If you add electrons to John and launch the sim from studio, the launched sim may start with a brief foot scratch sound. I did not hear this with the popping electron sounds that can be added.

Seems sim-specific, and important to take a look at before next PhET-iO release.

May also happen with the zap sound
