Localization preferences column layout is uneven #900

When selecting locale, the columns of listed locales are significantly different widths. The second and third columns at first glance may seem to be one column.

I think this is a known thing, but it is really noticeable in pH Scale: Basics due to which languages it happens to be translated into although it does also appear in pH Scale, Ratio and Proportion, Molecule Shapes.

Thanks @stemilymill.

We could likely improve the column spacing in the Preferences dialog, but the Preferences design is not currently a priority. I will transfer this issue to joist and add it to the Preferences project board so we can discuss it when work resumes. FYI @catherinecarter @marlitas.

@pixelzoom there isn't anything we need to do for pH Scale.
