Shelves shift awkwardly with stringTest #23

Because the alignment of the shelves is based on the positioning of the panels when the panels elongate (due to stringTest accommodations) the shelves also move.

Instead, the shelves should be aligned with the ScreenView.layoutBounds

The above change has been applied and the shelves no longer shift when the panels elongate.
