During a impromptu design meeting this morning @amanda-phet, @marlitas, and I collectively decided to have the fixed fulcrum look faded or "ghostly" when there are no kicked balls on the screen, and to add a textual prompt similar to the one in Center & Variability that says something like "Needs at least one kick" that will disappear as soon as a ball have been kicked. This prompt will be present whenever there are no kicked balls.

@amanda-phet - this has been implemented, please take it for a test drive and let us know if it needs any changes.
