For the 3rd item above (the glass clink), we discussed in today's sound design meeting and concluded that we should just use the current plate sound for the glasses too.
For the item above:
Should we have a success sound on the Level Out and Distribute screens if the stacks are leveled close to the prediction line? Similar to Balance Point?
The sound design team discussed this at today's meeting and decided that yes, this should be added, and we should use the same success sound as is being used for Balance Point, and the sound should play on a correct prediction when the mean is reached, or when dragged to the correct place when the highlight is enabled. Basically, whenever the mean prediction line turns purple.
As for the item:
I find it odd on Balance Point that I can quickly press the increment button and the sound is delayed because we have to wait for the kick. Is this ok?
...the sound design team discussed this at today's meeting and decided that yes, it's okay as is. Another sound in this case would potentially be a bit overwhelming.
I'm logging a separate issue for the item "Should we have a success sound on the Level Out and Distribute screens...", see https://github.com/phetsims/mean-share-and-balance/issues/235 and checking off the line item in this issue. This will make it easier to track and get feedback on it.
We've tackled all the items on the list in the originating comment or have other issues where we are following up. I think we can safely close this.
