Description: Remove explicit number of Solutes from Static Screen Summary

Since the PhEt-iO app can remove solutes, it is likely best to re-word the static screen summary to not explicitly mention the number of solutes that learners can choose from.

We can make this change at the next maintenance release. Change:

• "You can change solute amount, solution volume, and choose from nine different solutes to play with the solution in beaker." To:
• "You can play with beaker solution by adjusting solute amount, solution volume, or choosing a different solute."

Assigning to @Matthew-Moore240 to approve or change the wording. Personally, I am wondering if we should use "or" or "and"?

@zepumph, I don't know how important this issue is. I am un-assigning @Matthew-Moore240 because I think we need to remove the number "nine" in the screen summary to make the descriptions more general and applicable to more possible representations of Molarity with PhET-iO.

In the design document, I created a proposal for a new summary that does not contain the number of solutes. Re-assigning to Matthew.
