Zoom broken in navbar region #184

This should borrow code from https://github.com/phetsims/mobius/commit/1bc815a57ec0c5925f16738a6d1eea259e5db11d (or we could drop support for the older three.js version and use mobius).

https://github.com/phetsims/buoyancy/issues/6#issuecomment-818851562 is the main presentation of the problem.

Ported this and fixed up screenshot handling.
