update the 1.0 branch to the Molecule Shapes set of SHAs #113

A lot has changed on this sim in the 1.0 branch, and there is a fairly proven set of SHAs that was recently testing in Molecule Shapes. @ariel-phet has ask that I update to that set for the 1.0 branch, since we need to do a full retest on this sim anyway due to all of the changes that have occurred.

After looking at this, it appears that the SHAs were taken from master, and the Molecules Shapes 1.1.2-rc.2 release was actually made from master too. I spoke with @ariel-phet, and we decided to stick to the usual process and not update any of the SHAs on the 1.0 branch for Neuron. Closing.
