Use common version of "range" string #97

While developing Number Line: Operations a string was added to the common repo for "range". NLI should be made to use the common one, and the existing translations moved there, so that the translators don't have to do redundant work.

In the course of adding a number line range selector to number-line-operations, I ended up generalizing it, moving it to common code, and modifying number-line-integers to use it. That will impact how this is dealt with here.

I'm going to defer this for now, and revive it when we are getting close to publishing "Number Line: Operations".

The 1.1 version of this sim has now been published and it uses the common version of the range string. Closing.
