Add sound button for reading out number of options #148

@kathy-phet mentioned a new feature recommended by IW involving speech synthesis. We would like to consider adding a button down by the objects accordion box reads the number plus the type, like "seven apples". This needs further discussion to decide if we will move forward with design and implementation. (Not for prototype).

@amanda-phet I'm assuming we are not going to include this for final publication but wanted to check with you.

Yup. Let's defer this for when this sim is revisited.
