Comparison read out even if hidden #158

Test device Dell Operating System Win 11 Browser Chrome Problem description For https://github.com/phetsims/qa/issues/797. On the Compare screen, if you hide the comparison between the two numbers with the <=> checkbox, and hit the microphone button, the comparison is still read out. If this is intended feel free to close.
