Add RewardNode for game #211

Yesterday, @amanda-phet and I met to discuss the details of RewardNode. We decided to make all of the level have the same reward, with stars, dogs, butterflies, beach balls, and apples. We reviewed the implementation together and like it. I'll commit changes below.

I did some more testing on the above commit and it's looking good to me. It has also not shown up on CT. I think we're set to close.
