tandem should be passed through options when options is supported #154

This is new from after working on this sim, but there are many places in this sim where tandem is passed as a param only to be used as the default to options. This is worse that just passing as an option, with Tandem.REQUIRED as the default for the option.

tandem is now passed as a parameter only the the screen, model, and view. Closing
