Pressing buttons/controls on period timer starts drag of the timer

Presumably we only want to start drags on non-interactive parts of the period timer, like Charges and Fields' electric potential meter?

Good call @jonathanolson. I don't think we should allow users to drag the period timer by clicking on the interactive parts.
