Reset all button does not reset pendulum 2's energy graph.

After swinging the pendulum and giving it energy:

sensible energy

After clicking reset all, and not touching the second pendulum:

nope

Tested on Win 8.1 FF

Also seems the zoom level might not get reset either.

@arouinfar can you add the bug label to this issue? Issue #87 was a duplicate of this issue.

Fixed pendulum 2's energy graph reset. Reassign to @phet-steele for verification.
