Acceleration doesn't update when sim is paused #97

After pausing the sim with "Acceleration" vectors checked in the Lab screen, if you change the gravity the vectors do not change in magnitude until the sim is unpaused.

In the Flash version, the acceleration vectors will update if gravity is changed while the sim is paused.

Issue observed in OSX 10.9.5/Chrome 43.

Fixed acceleration vector update when sim is paused. Reassign to @phet-steele for verification.

The acceleration vector will update while paused unless Planet X is chosen. However, in the Flash version, the acceleration vector updates even if Planet X is chosen. Assigning to @andrey-zelenkov.
