The G constant has been revised.

2014: 6.67408 2018: 6.67430

Looks like our master=>main switch killed this pull request. Looks valuable, added the change above.

Unfortunately, initial values form part of the PhET-iO API and the change above (although good) is causing failures on CT and precommit hooks. Let's revert temporarily and coordinate with @zepumph about how to apply the change. Since the branch attached to this pull request has been deleted, this pull request cannot be reopened. I'll continue in a new issue.
