Can we move 'standard error' display into preferences #177

The 'standard error of x-bar' line in the histogram values panel is outside of the main learning goals of the sim. I'd like to consider adding this to the preferences menu, in case a teacher wants to reduce the cognitive load of the sim or target younger students. I don't mind if it's visible by default, but I feel that this is a good use of the sim preferences.

In the 2/29 design meeting, the design team agreed that this should be a preference, and be turned off by default. Let's create a preference and query parameter for showing the standard error in the histogram panel when 'Values' is checked.

This was reviewed by @catherinecarter and everything looks good! I also ran it by Joey from HL's team, and he was fine with having this as a query parameter for the activities in which they use SE.

I did not ask for a code review since the implementation was straightforward, and the pattern string-swapping in the mean readout is adopted from already-reviewed code in CAV.
