Add 'Sample number' to CODAP data stream #243

In https://github.com/phetsims/projectile-data-lab/issues/234, one of the quantities we'd like to add to the data stream is the sample number (x of total). This will allow CODAP to group the data based on sample number, but we would still have access to the raw data.

Sample number has been added to the list of available. Note that projectiles from different launchers or sample sizes can have the same sample number, so it will be important to also differentiate them based on 'Field' as well as 'Sample number'. Closing.
