iOS App: v1.3(46) #406

QA, please test the latest version of the iOS app (build 46). In particular, the translations of the app itself need to be tested.

The internal phet-only build 1046 is also available, but this is not intended for production release testing. Please verify that phetsims/phet-ios-app#519 is working properly with this build.
