Iterative improvement of testing issue/spreadsheet templates #739

Basic training for the testing matrix procedures as they exist now was done on 1/6/22.

KW and CM will collaborate to make changes to templates in https://github.com/phetsims/qa/issues/776.

Work was done with @pixelzoom on 3/1/22. Changes will be review during Dev meeting on 3/3/22 and, if approved, changes will be propagated to other templates.

@KatieWoe This issue looks like a duplicate of https://github.com/phetsims/qa/issues/776, and https://github.com/phetsims/qa/issues/776 seems to have more details. Should we close this issue?

@pixelzoom This one was created to keep track of the QA quarterly goal and also involves changes I'll be making to the test matrices. That last part means I'd prefer to keep this one open. Thanks though.
