Dynamic big picture in Scene/Screen Summary

In https://github.com/phetsims/quadrilateral/issues/78 I created a combined issue for Voicing and Interactive Description for the dynamic details read-me button and the dynamic big-picture of the scene summary.

Since Voicing implementation is the priority, I will separate #78 into two parts, #78 will be the implementation of the Details button. And this issue will be for implementation of the same content - at least that is the plan - for the dynamic description in the scene summary.

Thanks for making a separate issue! That makes sense to me. I don't think Ill get to this for a little while though :(

This may come up in the next quarter. Removing my assignment until it is time to work on this.

In Feb 21 Quad meeting, I asked @jessegreenberg if all strings lived in the strings files and he said yes.

In addition I asked:

• Would it be possible for me to add the Interactive Description Strings to the file?
• How are Ally and Voicing strings organized? Answer
• Yes, and if there are duplicate strings, it would be better to move them into the A11y strings section, and remove them from the Voicing section.
• And then Jesse kindly elaborated that to implement the strings, I would need to add references to the strings using the Scenery API.

I will start by reviewing the current strings file to get a good understanding of how it is organized.
