Remove code related to "saved" lengths and angles #363

Early in development we added features to support/test the user in "maintaining" a parallelogram while changing the shape. There are still classes and related code in the sim about this that should now be removed.

QuadrilateralShapeModel code related to this is removed in the wip-2-10-23 branch, closing.
