Deploy a version with keyboard navigation #102

87 and #101 are complete, this sim can be redeployed with keyboard navigation, but I need to check on the status of the open issues in this repo first.

96 and #88 are the remaining issues.

This issue is now a duplicate of #88, lets continue in that one. A phet-io branded version was made for testing, once it passes a PhET branded version can start testing.
