When stringTest=long on Win 8 IE the text becomes jumpy #174

Device Dell Laptop (Schrodinger) OS Win 8 Browser Internet Explorer Problem Description For phetsims/QA/issues/179 When stringTest=long and the strings in the equation are large those strings will jump as the slider as moved. Since these strings are unlikely to be altered or lengthened when translated this is not a large problem, but I'm documenting it here. Steps to Reproduce

  1. In IE on Win 8 set the sim to stringTest=long
  2. Manipulate the first slider slowly near the maximum range

Thanks @KatieWoe. @ariel-phet can you please comment on whether this is something that we need to investigate?

ariel-phet commented 5 years ago

@jessegreenberg no need to investigate since as @KatieWoe pionts out these strings are unlikely to be translated/altered.

Marking won't fix
